The Ledger Project Statement on Clarity Act Advancement

Yesterday, the Senate Banking Committee voted to advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act. On the heels of this important development for crypto regulation, The Ledger Project Spokesperson Mattie Duppler issued the following statement:

The Committee's vote is an important step toward bringing digital assets out of the regulatory gray zone, but important work remains. Innovation should strengthen America’s entire financial system and avoid advantaging or harming one industry over another. As this bill moves forward, we urge the Senate to continue to improve this important legislation.
